Exchange & Return Policy

Cases of Exchange & Return

Exchange or return requests are accepted exclusively in the following cases:

  • Damage resulting from shipping and delivery.
  • A manufacturing defect in the product, or an expired date.
  • Receiving a product different from the original order.

How to Submit a Request

  • Please contact us within 48 hours maximum from the date of receiving the order.
  • Requests are submitted by contacting the Complaints Department directly at +971 50 527 0251.
  • A detailed description of the issue must be attached, along with clear photos showing the product’s condition on arrival.

Procedures Followed

Exchange

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the replacement product is shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund

If no replacement is available, the amount is refunded via the original payment method. Please note the amount may take two weeks to one month to appear in your bank account, depending on the card-issuing bank’s policies.

Liwa Dates is unable to accept exchange or return requests, and is not liable for failed delivery, in the following cases:

  • Providing the store with incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • The recipient not being present at the specified location during the delivery attempt.
  • Not providing an alternative address or updating the details within 24 hours of the first failed delivery attempt.
